Job Role - Recruitment Consultant Location - Newcastle, North East As part of ongoing growth plans, my client are looking for a driven, passionate, bright and bubbly Recruitment Consultant to find learners looking to enrol on apprenticeships and study programs. Previous sales experience is preferred but most important is an outgoing, infectious personality and the ability to converse with employers at all levels. Ideally the role would suit someone with experience as a temp recruiter used to working in a fast paced environment. Purpose of the Role To generate candidates for our apprenticeship and study programs, to ensure that we have enough suitable learners to meet employer demand. To identify, interview and match the learners to employer vacancies and to brief them before employment. Key Accountabilities/Key Objectives * Learner Recruitment. * Delivering on individual KPI's and targets to contribute the overall business requirements. * Work with other departments to contribute to the requirement of the company. General Accountabilites/General Objectives * Placement of job advertisements. * Screen and invite candidates for interview. * Maintain database of available cnadidates to ensure candidate information is readily available for employer vacancies. * Interview candidates. * Match candidates with vacancies generated byt the business development team. * Participate in marketing and promotional activities and represent the company at meeting and events, including visits to schools. * Meet KPI's and targets associated with the role. * Attend monthly Sales meetings. * ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Ensure quality and diversity in all working practices. * Promote and ensure safe working practices in line with current legislation. * To ensure compliance with the companies Equal Opportunites, Health and Safety and all other relevant policies, procedures and legislation. * To ensure compliance with the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and Adults policy. Requirements Essential * 1 year + experience in a B"B sales recruitment role. * Proven track record of meeting monthly targets. * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * Strong negotiating skills. * Outgoing personality and exceptional telephone manner. Desirable * Understanding of the education sector. * Training industry knowledge and experience
