Frontline Recruitment Group We are looking for Recruitment Consultant’s to work in our successful Industrial division. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on developing new business. This is an exciting opportunity, recruiting and developing your own desk. We are looking for consultants for our Derby office (branches in Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Mansfield, Castle Donington, Weymouth and Hull. The Role We are looking for a driven, motivated and ambitious individual with proven recruitment sales ability to develop our successful Industrial division. You will have joint responsibility for developing new business and managing your client base and filling vacancies with suitably skilled candidates placing an emphasis on building long term business relationships with clients and candidates alike. • New business development – over the phone and face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients. • Client relationship management – gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building. • Resourcing – attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients • Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets • Ensuring that all are contracts are compliant covering AWR, Ethical, REC etc The Package • £16,000 - £30,000 + • An excellent UNCAPPED / No threshold bonus scheme, thought to be one of the best schemes in the market place • Car allowance • New market leading CRM system • Full training and support both internal and external • Up to 33 days paid holiday plan • Private Medical Insurance • Vitality Health Policy • Income protection • Cash-back plan with Simply Health • Birthday ‘sleep-ins’ • Yearly service award • Reward for no sick days in the year • Structured and transparent salary increases and much more! Our Ideal Candidate • You will be a motivated and career focused consultant • 360 recruitment experience is NOT essential however desirable, ideally within industrial sector or similar. • Ability to source and generate new sales leads. • Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets. • Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery – We value clients as business partners and not just ‘another win’ • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
