As a Recruitment Consultant your role will initially adopt a search and select function supporting our Account Managers with the delivery of major, exclusive engineering and construction projects across the UK and Internationally. Typical duties will include: - Identifying suitable candidates against specialist engineering job specifications, using various job boards, social media, databases and online software. - Approaching passive candidates in the market and communicating via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face - Reviewing candidate CV’s, interviewing, referencing and short-listing prospective candidates - Preparing marketing and advertising on behalf of client requirements - Marketing and communications for MATIVA - Assisting Senior Recruiters within the business in the full recruitment project lifecycle In addition to on-going training and support, as a Recruitment Consultant at MATIVA you will be trained in the full recruitment project life-cycle, and gain exposure to senior clients and multi-million pound global organisations.
