Qualified and experienced Recruitment Consultant required in Derby Excellent Salary - £22,000 Plus bonus - Excellent Holiday Entitlement and other excellent benefits If you’re an experienced Recruitment Consultant and looking for an exciting new role, we need to speak to you! New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work for a well- established Training Provider working out of their Derby centre. This is a proactive role where your focus will be on identifying vacancies with new businesses and providing them with suitable apprentices around the Derby region. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and gaining new clients /accounts across multiple sectors. You will develop relationships with employers and learners to achieve your monthly targets and key performance indicators. You will play a key role in meeting our growth plans. Main Duties: •Manage data entry of CRM, internal software systems, Caseload Management and MI Reports. •Provide daily report of performance to Recruitment Team Leader •Ensure all individual KPIs and objectives are achieved •Blend of hot/warm/cold calling to engage prospective apprentices using a variety of channels daily. •Responsible for ensuring prospective apprentices are eligible for funded programmes and suitable for employment •Maintain and grow a pipeline of vacancies, to place predominantly, 16-18 year olds in apprenticeships •Attend events as and when required to support recruitment process •Develop and maintain a pipeline of employers wishing to engage an apprentice •Maintain the relationship between employers within pipeline •Establish interviews for apprentices with employers via a matching service •Complete all paperwork to compliance standards for each apprenticeship start. •Work within the team to achieve team targets and share best practice. •To maintain and raise my clients Profile through a professional and confident approach to all parties. •Generate apprenticeship starts •Any other duties which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of my client and is within the remit of this post Requirements: •Commercial Sales Qualification •Extensive Business to business and business to customer telesales experience •Proven track record of exceeding set targets •Experience of selling within Apprenticeships/Government funded training •Strong self-motivator, innovative, and interpersonal skills •Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively •Excellent communication skills •Flexible approach with passion for success •Capability of building rapport and relationships •Negotiation Benefits: •Pension •Salary £22,000 + Bonus •Healthcare •Online Shopping Vouchers •25 days holidays + bank holidays Free Parking
