Concept recruitment, industrial permanent division, is going through a major growth period and we’re currently seeking a number of sales driven individuals to join us at this exciting time. Working within an extremely busy and challenging sales environment, a strong recruitment understanding is key for success! This is a real opportunity to take on a fresh desk and make it your own. We operate on a national level so there are no boundaries to your scope and success. You will be accustomed to sales targets, comfortable speaking with clientele of all levels and happy to conduct business meetings independently. Prosperous candidates will also possess proven sales records and have strong negotiation skills. These roles are fundamentally to generate and grow the business in line with core business plans. This will be undertaken through regular sales calls, marketing and a strong candidate pool. You will also be tasked with gaining excellent calibre candidates through candidate attraction plans, advertisements and regular communication and then to ensure candidate details are presented to the client in the best possible light. You will then be required to sell, recruit and manage the entire 360 recruitment process in full in order to supply the highest standards of service and candidates. Duties include but are not limited to: • Business development and sales activity both through telesales activity and conducting sales visits and presentations • Maintain CRM and update records with relevant information • Undertake candidate attraction methods • Place Adverts • Screen CVs, Interview and qualify candidates for roles • Surpass targets and objectives • Providing excellent levels of customer service ensuring client expectations are continuously exceeded • To carry out other ad-hoc duties as required Working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour break) but we require flexibility to ensure client requirements are met. Due to the locations of our clients a full UK licence is also required for this role.
