Angel HR are now looking for someone to join their growing recruitment team – whether you are new to recruitment, fancy a change in career or even if you have been working within recruitment for many years we would like to hear from you as we have roles available for all levels of experience. What are we looking for? Our Ideal Candidate: • A people person – someone who enjoys working with people is a must as you will spend most of your time talking with candidates and clients. • Organised and efficient – you will be booking suitable candidates into client bookings all week passing important information to candidates and clients to ensure all bookings are filled accurately. • Responsible – you will take ownership of your clients’ needs and strive to offer the best possible service possible. In temporary recruitment things can change at a moment’s notice you need to be flexible and adaptable to changing scenarios. • The role can be very busy so you must be able to remain calm and focussed at all times. • Be able to work without supervision, taking an organised approach to the week, prioritising work as required. • Confident and personable – able to build immediate rapport over the phone. • Highly motivated and financially driven – you will be responsible for achieving weekly figures (with our support of course) your commitment and desire to succeed is required. • You’re fluent in English, both written and verbal - any other language skill is a massive bonus! What will you be doing? • 360-degree recruitment role where you will be responsible for the entire contract recruitment process from client engagement, to placement of successful candidates in relevant vacancies. • In this role you will be working with clients and candidates within the hospitality and catering sector. • Negotiating terms of business, visiting clients within the M25 and maintaining successful client relationships • Filling bookings and confirming staff bookings to clients. • Processing timesheets on a weekly basis. • Checking in staff at client events and functions. • Hitting targets / earning commission If you’re looking for a rewarding career in recruitment, then please get in touch with us today
