Job Description

Fulbridge Social Care are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants to work from our Oldham Branch due to company expansion. You will be part of a dedicated team in supporting our principle recruitment team to market, resource and recruit permanent and temporary staff within Health & Social Care nationally. As a Consultant, it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultants with: • Resourcing new clients • Cold calling • Creating new adverts • Developing and undertaking recruitment campaigns nationally • Source and select candidates • Network and advertise to potential candidates • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies As a Recruitment Consultant you must; • Have good communication skills • Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease • Be persuasive, persistent and patient • Be able to cope with pressure • Be flexible and adaptable • Have a mature personality • Have good organisational and administrative skills • Have the ability to prioritise • Have good IT skills • Be able to work to deadlines • Self-manage workload • Use initiative and confidence to exceed targets Ideally we are looking for candidates to have relevant experience in; Recruitment, Administration, Sales, or Customer Service but will consider applications from all sectors. It would be desirable but not essential to have knowledge of health & social care. This is a perfect opportunity to start a career within the recruitment industry. Working Hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
