Happy to consider a Trainee Consultant, perhaps you have worked in Sales and want a career. Perhaps you have been a Recruitment resourcer/Administrator and want to take the next step. We are a Generalist Recruitment Business with a huge following in the Hospitality Industry. We work with HR, IT, Web, Operations, Marketing, Office Support, Catering, Education, Banking, Sales, Local Government, Engineering and manually skilled. From micro business to Blue Chip. Just as the business is, your role will be Generalist also. You will not be restricted to which industry you work in, nor will you have a restriction on which geographical location you serve. You will have exposure to working with entry level positions right up to Director Level. ROLE DETAILS: Researching businesses and people, networking face to face with businesses and utilising online platforms such as Linked in and Twitter etc. Interviewing and fact finding with professionals. Managing existing relationships and building new ones. Using our in-house system to log findings, conversations, diarising meetings and scheduling calls, adding documentation etc. Writing Advertisements for positions and updating these. Setting up interviews/trials with professionals and giving structured feedback/offers. Administration in various mediums from typing up emails to ordering marketing material. ABOUT YOU You will enjoy talking with people and you will have an ability to communicate all levels from entry level professionals up to Director. An outgoing personality is essential as more than 50% of the role is building rapport and long lasting relationships. You will be very well organised and able to manage and prioritise your workload. You will be motivated by success and willing to go that extra mile for all you cross paths with. Honesty is paramount in our business. Be realistic and open and encourage others to do so. Location: Malton, North Yorkshire Salary: £17,000 to £20,000 dependent on experience Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9-5.30 (with possible flexibility) Commission: We will provide a realistic commission structure, relative to your input and commitment.
