Job Description

Do you think Batman chases invoices? Okay, so he does his thing for free. Wayne Enterprises is the breadwinner. But if he did charge for his heroics (and he should, if you ask me), would he be chasing invoices? Of course he wouldn’t. He’s too busy fighting crime. “A bank’s being robbed? Can’t come now Chief – I’m snowed under. Back-office stuff. Sorry”. Here’s where we’re trying to go with this… You’re a recruiter who’s gone solo and you’re starting to become irritated by how much time and money you’re wasting on back office stuff? So much of your time not recruiting. So much of your time not directly making money. How much wasted time is that? The back-office stuff is important, of course, but it’s not what you’re meant to be doing. If it were, you’d have chosen an admin job. You’d be Alfred the Butler. And even if you do outsource that stuff, you still have to manage it. And pay for it. The invoicing. The CRMs. The credit control. The job boards. The website. Finding meeting rooms. Solutions? You could go back to an agency? Except, screw that. Why should someone else be taking the bulk of your fees? And you’d have to report to some suit again. Lose your independence. Wouldn’t it be good if you could have the best of both worlds? The resources of an agency with the freedom of your own business. That’s where Parc Ellis can help. Working with us, you’d; Keep the lion’s share of your billings. Keep your independence. Get the resources to enable you to recruit more efficiently with the extra time you’ve gained not messing about with admin. Keep working the way you are now. And you’ll get: Access to a load of job boards. A CRM, which beats accidentally pasting over a formula in your Excel spreadsheets. A website, which can help demonstrate your legitimacy. Back office/invoicing/payroll. Because they’re a pain to do yourself. A laptop? Sure, why not. Plus, other associates in non-competing sectors can share clients with you and vice versa. Save yourself some BD. They can be your ‘Robin’s (because there were a few, weren’t there?). There’s also training and mentoring, if you feel you need it. No-one’s asking you to decide now. You need more info. Ask me anything. I’m on (Apply online only)
