Recruitment Consultant Pyramid Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join an established team. Pyramid Recruitment was set up in 2006, here we offer a great range of internal knowledge and training to help develop recruitment professionals. This position will be a great development opportunity for a recruitment consultant interested in gaining more recruitment experience and who wants to develop into a recognized Recruitment Consultant or a recruitment consultant looking to bring his expertise to a new, fresh & fast growing company that promotes work & life balance. You will be working with a team of experienced recruitment consultants across a variety of business areas within permanent, temporary and contract recruitment and therefore will gain core skills to progress within various sectors. Responsibilities: Source candidates from job boards, professional sites, internal database and networking. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Telephone interviewing candidates Arranging interviews with candidates and hiring Managers/HR. Supporting any additional recruitment projects and activities as appropriate. Assist consultants with managing advertising process. Posting job advertisements on a variety of platforms, including job boards and our careers page. Maintain all central inboxes. Skills required: Service and delivery focussed. Excellent team player. Able to work autonomously. Organised and methodical. Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value. Enterprising e.g. networking, referrals. Able to provide an effective, professional and timely response to the client and candidates. Highly responsive with excellent ability to absorb information quickly. Confident with the ability to work well in a demanding environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
