We offer a competitive basic salary £20- £22K depending on experience with an excellent commission plan. Annual bonus/profit related pay, OTE £35-£40K. An opportunity has arisen for a generalist recruitment consultant to join our team based in one of York’s most prestigious locations, the Shambles. You will work alongside our Business Development team fulfilling vacancies across a wide spectrum of roles - managing the whole recruitment process from client brief, drafting adverts, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement and post placement follow up. You will be confident interacting with clients and candidates and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for a results driven, confident self starter who thrives on achieving targets and KPI’s. Equally important though, is your ability to provide a quality service to clients and candidates alike. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a multidisciplinary recruitment role and are looking to work with an organisation that will offer you the freedom to express your talents and give you the recognition and rewards you deserve. Essential skills and experience:- •Significant recruitment agency and/or sales experience. •Strong commercial acumen developed in fast moving environments •Excellent account management skills. •Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills •Highly organised and self motivated •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Commitment to customer focussed service delivery at a high level •Competency based interviewing experience. •Driving License •Excellent IT skills •Good team player If this is you, apply for this full-time role with full CV including referee information, or complete our application form.
