If you can answer "Yes" to the above then this is what we offer… Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Division This role gives the successful individual the opportunity to build your own division. Working on the Office permanent sector, your role will be to place permanent and contract candidates into a wide variety of roles and companies. The role entails a lot of listening and getting to know your candidate and then having the determination and tenacity to hunt down roles for your candidate and offer their skills and experience to interested parties. By continuously sourcing high calibre candidates and offering their skills and experience to local employers you will soon develop strong and long term business relationships and become the "Go To" Consultant for local clients. This position will suit an individual who is target driven and wants to be the best at what they do. The winning and gaining of new clients is key but the service delivery will be crucial in order to build and develop your client portfolio and to build your own personal reputation.
