Recruitment ConsultantOur client, The Right Ethos, are excited to announce a rare opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join their high quality, respected recruitment consultancy specialising in the campaigning and political end of the not-for-profit sector. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is welcomed but not essential as long as you are willing to learn quickly and work hard to business develop and build up your desk.The key responsibilities for a Recruitment Consultant are as follows:-Main Duties:- * Recruitment consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:* using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;* visiting clients to build and develop relationships; * developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;* advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines;* using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;* headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;* using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's As a key member of the team, you will have the following Skills, Abilities and Behaviours:Key Skills: * Confident ability to communicate the benefits of working with The Right Ethos by phone and in person with first class relationship building, networking and client development abilities* High quality verbal and written communication skills with a persistent and respectfully assertive approach.* Excellent presentation skills – used to be a great influencer for the organisation.* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
