Recrutiment Consultant Accountancy & Finance Division Watford Based Our Accountancy and Finance team based from a centrally located Watford office has had a truly fantastic 2017 and as a consequence of significant income growth we are very keen to add to the team by hiring An Accountancy & Finance recruitment consultant who has had at least one year’s experience as a 360 recruiter in a specialist vertical. With access to an extensive range of the very best candidate databases, job boards and posting tools alongside our collaborative working environment and cross-selling opportunities (250+ consultant network across 9 specialist divisions) recruitment here is made much easier! We compete externally not internally allowing consultants to build better business relationships with their candidates and clients. What are we looking for? The very best billing consultants with a strong desire for financial success, a tenacious attitude and the ability to build a reliable and profitable desk. Consultants that thrive in a new business development capacity, this consultant will be key in carving out the future of the division and will be remunerated well. A great knowledge ideally within the A&F recruitment marketplace. However we would be open to billing consultants from other niche sectors such as, IT, HR, Procurement and Scientific.
