Recruitment Consultant - Accounts / Finance

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Finance & Accounts team with a focus on working with accountancy practices & industry clients throughout the UK. We require an individual to come on board and help us grow a team with huge potential, there is a real opportunity to progress within the team and help to develop the sector. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be involved with identifying potential candidates, managing client business relationships and negotiating the rates of business with our clients. The role is fast paced and will offer the suitable individual the chance to run their own desk. Overall you will be tasked with managing the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. We have a steady pipeline of current work and repeat business within the team at present and we are always seeking new ways to improve our processes and invest in new talent. If successful, you will be offered a tailored training programme where you learn to manage your own desk and the full 360 process. The most successful candidate for this role will possess some knowledge of the Recruitment industry or have proven sales experience.
