Recruitment Consultant - ALL LEVELS 'Be the best and make a BIG difference in the recruitment industry' £20000-£30000 + OTE uncapped (30%) + Benefits including company pension. Based in Moseley, Penguin Recruitment are looking to grown their Sales and Engineering Division and are on the lookout for ambitious, determined Recruitment Consultants looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to progress down the team leader/management route. Established in 2004, Penguin pride themselves in the internal development they have been able to provide their staff as well as the working environment, which has resulted in a fun organisation focussed on offering a dedicated recruitment service to clients across the UK. Currently we are looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants (1 x Engineering & 1 x Sales) to work with a set number of clients as well as building and maintaining your own business pipeline. Being mainly office based, you will be encouraged to meet clients face to face to gain exclusive business as well as playing an active part in both contingency based recruitment and headhunting. Different levels of experience would be of interest and if you are already a manager looking for a larger opportunity then this is also possible.
