We have two positions to fill within this branch. We are looking for passionate and caring Homecare Co-ordinator and also Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dorchester. The Homecare Co-ordinator position carries an excellent opportunity for progression within the first three months! As a Homecare Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include; • Interviewing candidates and processing through the recruitment procedure • Client Visits including care assessments • Arranging staff rotas • Covering care calls when needed • Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements • Dealing with complaints, including correct reporting and recording • General administration and other ad hoc duties as required As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include; •Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face •Business development and generating new clients •Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities •General administration and other ad hoc duties as required •Client Visits •Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the clients needs •Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements •Dealing with complaints, including correct reporting and recording •Key account management The ideal candidates will have a combination of: • Homecare/Domiciliary care experience is preferred • Experience from within the recruitment/sales industry • Excellent communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritize • Competent computer skills Hours: These roles are permanent/ full time positions. Which will include covering an on call service.
