The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves building relationships with candidates and clients, taking detailed job descriptions, marketing, identifying suitable candidates and interviewing them. Also involved is headhunting, facilitating the  interview process with clients, managing job offers, gaining specialist industry/market knowledge, strategic business development and of course, negotiating and closing deals!

Market leading, uncapped commission structure where you can realistically earn $200,000 and above within your first 1.5 – 2 years (monthly salary and commission)
