My client has a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join there busy team in Derby. Job Description We are looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Telesales Recruitment Consultant. You will be actively involved in promoting the services Mortgage Advice Bureau have to offer on a business to business basis. This will involve identifying and securing new business appointments for the Recruitment Director and his team from an existing database and new contacts made through researching, networking and recruitment campaigns. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to represent growth in the business. Responsibilities * Daily contact with potential Business to Business (B2B) customers by telephone * Lead and appointment generation * Maintaining a high standard of quality calls to ensure that customers are treated fairly * Managing a prospective lead database & continually updating all information * Researching prospective businesses and generating leads * Using Salesforce to update the field teams * Prioritising and scheduling and making calls to a wide variety of prospective customers * Achieving targets set by Recruitment Director * Empowered to share ideas that would improve our marketing strategy & recruitment process Skills & Requirements * Previous telesales or recruitment experience is essential * Proven track record of generating leads & appointments * Previous B2B experience desired but not essential * Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers * Professional approach and able to influence at all levels * Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written * Excellent relationship building skills * Confident telephone manner with good objection handling skills and great closing skills * Self-motivated with a positive and "can-do" attitude * The ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to maintain the quality of results whilst under pressure * Previous experience in a telephone based sales role would be advantageous * Creative and enthusiastic about B2B Recruitment * The drive & enthusiasm to excel in a sales environment
