We are looking to expand our current business with the assistance of the right candidate. We seek a motivated professional with experience of business to business sales, a track record of achieving their sales targets to join growing, leading company, offering self-development opportunities in our Care department.

This exciting and challenging position is one not to be missed. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the care division and its profitability on a weekly basis.

To achieve your targets, you will be tasked with:

•Effectively acquiring new business by promoting the company’s range of services through site visits/phone/email;

•Servicing existing clients with effective candidates and recruitment solutions;

•Setting appointments with businesses and having a rigorous follow up over phone and face to face.

•Maintaining a pool of high quality candidates •Managing the database of clients and candidates

•Ensuring all the required paperwork is in place


To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

-Proven experience of growing business through sales

-Proven telephone skills to generate appointments

-Great communication and presentation skills

-High empathy and relationship building skills with existing and new client base -Strong organizational abilities

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you must be absolutely target driven, focused, possess plenty of common sense and passion to achieve your targets.
