You will take advantage of Escape’s training plan in order to develop your skills and knowledge across the full recruitment cycle. With the support of your line manager you will plan, develop and deliver your own individual business plan whilst taking personal responsibility for achieving your plan through: * Meeting activity levels you set yourself * Meeting revenue levels set by your manager * Delivering appropriate business development and account management activities * New business target industries and clients * Strategies to achieve both your new business and account development plans * Candidate acquisition strategies to support your recruitment delivery requirements * Effectively delivering a range of recruitment solutions * Providing quality, pro-active customer service to your customers (clients, candidates and colleagues) * Working towards becoming an expert in your chosen market To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills: * You will have previous experience of working within a sales environment, ideally business to business * Able to demonstrate your success of achieving sales targets and KPI’s * Previous experience of working within &/or understanding of the recruitment process would be beneficial but not essential * Ability to build, maintain and develop effective relationships and networks * Deliver quality customer service in everything that you do * Actively promote our company values * Computer literate, confident working with Microsoft packages, CRM systems or related databases and/or online social networks * You will have a full clean, driving licence and your own transport You will benefit from a competitive basic salary and above average commission structure, 33 days annual leave, contributory pension, private healthcare, company mobile phone and use of company cars
