We are currently recruiting for the role of Recruitment Consultant (Commercial Perms Desk) within our Leeds office. Due to expansion we are looking for a motivated and successful sales person to join our Perms Desk in Leeds City Centre. This is a full time position to start ASAP. Core hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and the salary is negotiable dependant on experience. The successful applicant will benefit from an excellent training programme and a highly competitive bonus and benefits package. Duties: * Managing existing client and candidate relationships * Business development calls to new and existing clients * Arranging and attending face to face sales meetings * Working to sales and revenue targets * Advertising positions, short listing candidates and conducting telephone and face to face interviews to assess the suitability of applicants * Successfully placing candidates in permanent positions * After care calls to clients to ensure placements are going well Person Specification * Highly motivated individual with the ability to multitask * You must have previous sales experience - ideally within a recruitment setting * Excellent customer service and account management skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Experience working to challenging KPIs and revenue targets If you have the necessary experience and wish to pursue a rewarding career in recruitment please submit your details online for review.
