You will partner with construction firms from successful SME’s to national corporations, providing them with high calibre Construction talent. This is a 360 recruitment desk working on permanent vacancies at mid-senior level typically within the £40,000 - £80,000 salary bracket. Not only is this market booming at present and experiencing continual growth but you will also benefit from existing relationships and an average perm fee of £7000! Therefore a genuine opportunity to advance quickly on this desk, whether your next step is managing a team or advancing as a senior biller this construction desk can provide the platform for you to excel. You will provide recruitment solutions for Construction needs, and be accountable for mapping the construction market providing white collar professionals. You will have a great understanding of running a successful recruitment desk, however the ability to manage senior candidates and clients with an impeccable recruitment process is imperative. You will be creative in identifying and attracting talent in a candidate short market, this includes using social media sourcing methods alongside headhunting and referral techniques. This opportunity needs a recruitment consultant who enjoys working in a specialist market, ideally with a background within technical or construction recruitment. This will suit an individual who has an efficient recruitment process and enjoys meeting clients, senior candidates and becoming an ambassador at professional networking events.
