Recruitment Consultant FMC Network– Executive Network Group Birmingham £20,000 - £32,000– dependent on experience + commission + benefits package Construction – Permanent :Operational Do you want autonomy in your recruitment role, realistic but fantastic on target earning potential coupled with exceptional benefits? Executive Network Group are now seeking a recruitment consultant for one of their Super Brands- The FMC Network in Birmingham. The FMC Network  are in growth mode following a recent Partner appointment, with a plan to expand with successful consultants in the perm construction team. This opportunity will see you partner with Tier 1 Contractors alongside successful Regional Contractors, placing Operational roles such from Site Engineers through to Project Directors. This is a 360 recruitment desk working on permanent vacancies at mid-senior level typically within the £35,000 - £80,000 salary bracket with an average fee of £8000. As this desk is extremely candidate led any creative sourcing or networking techniques will prove an advantage! Not only is this market booming at present and experiencing continual growth but you will be guided by a manager with a wealth of experience and part of a larger recruitment business which encourages cross selling opportunities. If you’re a consultant that has the desire to work in a specialist market and wants to make an impact in the construction market within a new team this could be the next step you need. Any construction recruitment experience will naturally be advantageous however we can teach the sector knowledge the personal attributes are most important to us! So what is in it for you?
