Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Trades & Labour / Maintenance) £24,000 - £30,000 + Commission + Benefits Package Our client is a leading independent recruitment agency with a network of offices meaning they can boast some of the most recognised businesses as their clients. The Birmingham office are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their team. As a business, they specialise within multiple divisions but are looking to expand their construction desks. Your role will include: * Calling companies to establish need * Attending site visits to sell service * Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates * Arranging interviews and following processes * Managing temporary workers and / or placing candidates into permanent opportunities * Managing shift patterns * Admin duties including: - checking right to work documents, issuing and chasing timesheets etc * You will be supported by a very experienced Manager and a great development team. * This is a varied role in a fast paced environment, every day will be different and the good days will be amazing!
