Jark London are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join their blue collar team in Enfield Town OR somebody looking to launch a white collar desk in a company that are able to offer full autonomy to the sucessful candidate and operate in a truly entreprenurial way due to the unique way Jark are set-up. The ideal candidate will be presentable, confident, outgoing and have strong communication skills Duties will include - Attracting new business/clients through cold calling, site visits & marketing Managing a temporary high volume desk Liaising with clients from site level right up to director level Attending weekly sales meetings with management Data entry (logging activities onto company database) Experience in B2B sales would be an advantage Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial Previous experience in construction recruitment would be preferred but talented and outstanding individuals will be considered. Jark London also offer - Promotion based on Achievement not longevity Excellent commission structure, bonuses and incentives. (Work nights out, access to company corporate hospitality etc.) First year OTE £35-50k. Uncapped commission Second year OTE £60-90k. Uncapped commission Use of the company pool car and fuel card Free parking in the town
