Due to continued growth i-texo recruitment are looking to add an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to their team. I-texo recruitment is an established construction recruitment agency based out of Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes. Covering numerous client’s requirements both temp and perm across the UK, we don’t have any geographical restrictions. The main object of this position is to generate new business, placing candidates into new job roles, you will be tasked with building your business through sales (internal and external), creating awareness of relevant candidates registered, taking vacancies, matching suitable candidates and placing them into the roles you have gained. Duties include: * Building your client base through sales, this will involve telesales (including cold calling), door knocking and face to face to meetings * Working to sales and activity targets * Interviewing candidates to understand their needs and next role requirements * Identifying local businesses to contact to create awareness that the candidate is registered * Establishing the needs of the client and taking full details of job opportunities * Negotiating rates * Matching suitable candidates to the client needs * Taking feedback on CV’s sent * Arranging interviews and managing offers Experience required: > Experienced construction recruitment or construction sales. > Highly motivated who is keen to develop and achieve success > Tenacious “can-do” attitude, refusing to accept second best > Willingness to learn > Able to work and achieve targets Rewards Excellent basic salary depending on experience Highly competitive monthly bonus – uncapped
