I am currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with experience in the Construction Trades & Labour Sector to come and join our professional, hardworking and caring team, based in the City of London. About the Role Working on roles within the Construction industry Sourcing candidates using a variety of available methods such as company databases and job boards as well as proactively head-hunting Identifying sales opportunities within the construction sector Negotiating rates with clients Visiting existing and potential clients for sales and service meetings Managing your own desk and effectively handling issues Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experiences in both recruitment and the construction industry Business Development experience desirable Own network of Construction Professionals, highly advantageous An enthusiastic people person with excellent written & verbal communication skills Hunger for success and naturally competitive Strong attention to details Positive and proactive Resilient and tenacious Highly sociable and professional Ability to self-manage and take direction when given Good task/time managementAbout the company Cavendish Professionals is a highly respected recruitment consultancy with the energy, expertise and professionalism to offer extensive job vacancies in a range of lucrative sectors in the UK and Internationally.
