Recruitment Consultant – Construction 25 / 30k Milton Keynes Cavendish Professionals We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with experience in the Construction Trades & Labour Sector to come and join our professional and hardworking team, based in Milton Keynes. About the Role * Working on roles within the Construction industry * Sourcing candidates using a variety of available methods such as company databases and job boards as well as proactively head-hunting * Identifying sales opportunities within the construction sector * Negotiating rates with clients * Visiting existing and potential clients for sales and service meetings * Managing your own desk and effectively handling issues Requirements * A minimum of 2 years' experiences in both recruitment and the construction industry * Business Development experience desirable * Own network of Construction Professionals, highly advantageous * An enthusiastic people person with excellent written & verbal communication skills * Hunger for success and naturally competitive * Strong attention to details * Positive and proactive * Resilient and tenacious * Highly sociable and professional * Ability to self-manage and take direction when given * Good task/time management About the company Frontline Construction Recruitment is a highly respected recruitment consultancy with the construction industry, expertise and professionalism to offer extensive job vacancies in a range of sectors in the UK.
