Vertical Recruitment is an independent Recruitment Consultancy based in central Manchester. We specialise in Technical, Construction and Engineering and the Directors have over 20 years combined experience recruiting in these industries. We have built up a very strong Client base and an excellent reputation over the years. Our company is continuing to grow and develop and we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work within our Construction Management team. The role is working alongside a Managing Consultant and Recruitment Consultant working on live job vacancies for Main and Sub-Contractors We are already working with some of the UK's leading Construction companies who operate across both building and infrastructure all of whom have a significant demand for new staff. What are we looking for? A Sales biased individual who can demonstrate at least 12 months success in the Recruitment industry, a good level of intellect with a mind-set of being a high achiever. You must be highly driven, motivated and professional. We have a relaxed but professional atmosphere and want the right person who can fit in with our team while also driving to become a top performing Recruitment Consultant. You will be given the flexibility to work on both freelance and permanent positions, working with predominantly white collar professional level candidates selling a high end services to a range of clients in the Construction sector. You will be given continual support and direction, with both company data base and various methods of candidate generation at our disposal. We are an emerging company with lots of ambition and we are keen to find someone who is looking to grow and develop with us.
