Dunnett Taylor Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with construction sector experience to support a growing business within the construction and infrastructure arena. Working from a North London based office, you will support new business development in terms of cold-calling and networking within the sector and deliver growth client accounts. Taking an active role within candidate attraction and networking, you will support candidate delivery to both new and existing accounts including candidate searching, screening, interviewing and presenting CVs to clients. The business is able to support both full-time and part time options for Recruiters and will offer a level of flexibility to work from home where applicable. Previous experience within the construction sector as a Recruiter or related professional is required for the role, with key measurables being: securing new clients and vacancies, delivering placements to clients and building and developing a candidate network of both active and passive candidates. Client visits and regular client interaction are essential parts of the role and you will possess proven experience in front of customers and previous experience interviewing candidates both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will work within a small and growing team of experienced sales professionals and form part of the team that delivers the business plan for Dunnett Taylor Recruitment. The business is currently in a growth phase and targeting high profile clients within the construction and property infrastructure sectors, experience recruiting within general construction, project management, facilities and property sales is hugely advantageous for the position in addition to a strong level of understanding of the sector itself including key players and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a part in shaping a new and exciting recruitment business and the role will offer both excellent salary and commission package bespoke to the successfully appointed Recruiter.
