Midland Drivers based in Studley, Warwickshire provide temporary and long term driver and logistic staffing solutions to companies throughout the UK. Due to our growth and success we are have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our Driving Division. Hours of Work Mon - Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm & On-call at evenings & Weekends on a rota basis Responsibilities * Driver Recruitment * Placement of Drivers * Managing Drivers * Retaining Drivers * Delivering excellent customer service * Business Development * Arranging & attending sales meetings * Telephone sales. * Working unsociable hours The successful candidate will have: * Knowledge of EU hours & WTD * Excellent organisational skills * The ability to build strong relationships with both clients & drivers * Work as part of a team * Have excellent telephone manor & customer service skills * Have a flexibility with regards to working hours What we Offer As well as a competitive salary dependent upon experience we offer an excellent performance related bonus scheme, career development and a good working environment.
