Role Information: Due to ongoing business growth, iRecruit are currently looking to grow our Driving division with the appointment of an additional Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis. The role will be working alongside both exisiting Driving Consultant and the Business Development team. The position will be based in our impressive, newly refurbished offices which are situated in a Grade 2 listed building in Bawtry, Doncaster. As a business iRecruit have a strong focus on the health and wellbeing of all our employees as well as a understanding attitude towards employees personal or family circumstance/commitments outside of work. Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 (negotiable and dependent upon experience) +Uncapped Commission (Paid Weekly) +28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with service +mobile phone, laptop, on-site parking. Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday – Friday) with an early finish on a Friday. Experience Required: * Prior Recruitment experience in either a resourcing or 360 role – preferably within Driving sector * Proven history or meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Full UK driving license Duties will include but not be limited too; * Cold calling to Decision makers – with additional support from an experienced Business Development team * Business development of both new and existing client accounts * Account Management of existing client accounts * Support Resource with sourcing candidates when required * Candidate registrations and interviews * Create, advertise and manage vacancies For further information please email your queries or apply by sending your CV
