Up to £70,000 base (OTE) + Commission + Bonus + Salary Incentives + free parking + mortgage assistance ++++ Due to significant and sustained levels of growth we are now able to offer a fantastic opportunity to a highly capable individual to join us as a specialist driving recruitment consultant based from our centrally located Milton Keynes offices. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting into the highly experienced and successful business manager your pivotal role will focus on the full spectrum of driving recruitment, with an extensive geographic remit which includes large parts of Bucks, Beds and Oxon. As a 360-recruitment consultant you will receive continuous and comprehensive specific recruitment training and have access to industry leading tools to ensure you are able to source and attract the very best candidates and clients. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for individuals with proven successes in sales environments (not necessarily recruitment) requiring a proactive customer/client approach where the sale is made as a direct result of your actions. As you will be engaging with candidates and clients in the field it is imperative that you possess a driving licence drive and have access to a vehicle to use daily. In addition to your learned skills and experience we are as equally interested in your personal skill set and so if you are ambitious, creative, motivated, resilient and personable then we are keen to hear from you!
