If you have the Sales background, we will develop those Sales skills further and teach the recruitment and talent management side. Do you have the below? - A Sales background and Sales mindset Experienced in making Outbound Sales calls to business decision makers - Understand the concepts of Sales Pipelines and Sales Cycle Experienced in visiting customers and conducting sales meetings - Experience in achieving KPI's, Business Goals and Targets The recruitment consultant position includes many varied tasks, here's just two to give a taste - Developing a portfolio of new clients through prospecting, cold calling and networking Building a talent pipeline of candidates through networking. social media ,advertising and personal branding.
