My Prestigious Client is currently looking for Educational Recruitment Consultant's based out of their Sutton Coldfield Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, as well as maintaining existing relationships with clients. They will work with clients, in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and develop relationships. You will be required to attract candidates using a range of resources provided, including a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. This will include screening candidates with the relevant experience , interviewing candidates, completing background checks on candidates and ensuring you match them to the correct role, satisfying the Candidate and Client at all times. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, educational training requirements and career opportunities. Experience in Recruitment is preferred but not essential, if you have experience within the educational field and are looking for a new challenge this role could be for you! Main Responsibilities: Achieving desk targets set per month and annually Bring on new business using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies Build on existing relationships with clients and secure loyalty through a range of services offered Develop a clear understanding of your client, being fully aware of their industry, policies and what they do Advertising vacancies by creating and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines) Convert vacancies to placements by fully utilising the resources and company database provided Competencies required: Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills A goal orientated approach to work The ability to handle multiple priorities and manage your desk efficiently Be an ambitious individual Be confident and self motivated Have excellent time management and organisational skills Have the ability to work on your own initiative What my client can offer you: My client invests in their people as they are crucial part of their success.
