NEW RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT POSITION – Engineering sector – Genuine superb company to join Based in our clients stunning offices in Birmingham City Centre they are looking to expand their Engineering division – very exciting times to join them What are they looking for? They need someone to come in and develop his/her own desk. They do have live roles for someone to work on so that you can earn commission but they are looking for growth and see this coming from a new desk or industry sector. Much of their current business is with the Automotive industry, but they also welcome Engineering Consultants from the Food and General Engineering sector as they see this as key growth area. Salary is dependent on level of experience but would say up to c£32,000pa (would have to be excellent/high level consultant) plus benefits, pension, health care, commission (10%) as long as threshold achieved, no targets for first 3 months with commission paid on any placements made. Also have discretionary bonuses twice a year based on individual and company performance.
