Recruitment Consultant required to develop new business within the West Midlands area. * Business Development, Recruitment Account Management, Engineering Sales. Wagstaff Recruitment are an established contract and permanent recruitment company who have created successful key accounts in supplying engineering professionals to various manufacturing businesses throughout the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire regions. We are a growing business and are seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant to continue developing the business into the West Midlands area. Why join Wagstaff recruitment? The day to day stuff: * Working in a sales target environment generate new sales leads, cold call sales calls for fact finding on new companies re turnover, company history, their clients, competitors etc. * Generate new vacancies, contract and permanent. * Account management of existing clients, ensuring regular contact either via Email, phone or face to face meetings * Writing accurate adverts for relevant paid job boards and also all relevant social media. * Develop a strong understanding of the engineering and manufacturing markets by reading relevant articles via LinkedIn, setting up relevant google alerts and reading relevant industry magazines i.e. Professional Engineer and Food Manufacturer. * Conduct face to face or Skype interviews to gain a full understanding of the candidates technical capability. * Develop a high quality reputation to gain candidate referrals. A competitive basic salary. * Uncapped bonus, dependent on recruitment projects delivered: 10k per annum is realistic. * 5% of salary paid as flexible benefits after 6 months (You can buy extra holidays, gym membership etc.) * Career development genuinely available.
