Want to know more about what you would be doing as a FastTrack Recruitment Consultant You will pro-actively search Job boards, Professional and Social Networking sites for relevant candidates using a variety of searching techniques. You will research, network and develop relationships within our niche sectors. You'll write creative adverts to attract the best active candidates. You will call candidates in order to ascertain their current job search status, qualify their skills, attributes and identify potential opportunities we have for them. You will source, interview and screen candidates to identify the best candidates within their market and carefully match them client specifications. You will develop new business - Calling potential clients and pitch your services and candidates to get client meetings and job vacancies. You will meet with Candidates and Clients face to face where necessary to identify their requirements and build an effective business relationship. You will take thorough job specification information from clients to fully understand their needs, to ensure commitment and our ability to deliver the appropriate solution.You'll be able to be yourself, and part of a hardworking, fun, meritocratic, winning team with an exciting career ahead of you as a Recruitment Consultant.
