Reachout has a need to expand our team in the area of Fibre. We are looking for an independent, hungry and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established team and help us drive the new arm of the business forward. Reachout has the capacity to offer clients something different to every other recruitment agency, we not only can provide resources, the company is set up to provide training to contractors and develop their skills. The company is also able to deploy teams with all the necessary equipment to undertake either projects and scope of works. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience, with a basic incentive of commission on placements. There will be further incentives based on performance and targets. We don't want someone to join and just be a number, we want someone to join, drive the company forward and be managing their own team within 12 months. The office is based just off Regent Street in Central London, but the company operates throughout the UK. Responsibilities * Actively source and qualify candidates * Develop clients in the Fibre arena * Manage the client's needs and expectations * Maintaining strong relationships in the market * Working to improve recruitment efficiency Personal growth is paramount for us.
