Recruitment Consultant: * Basic to £20-25k, plus annual bonus £5-10k (paid quarterly). * Based London City (St Pauls) The Company: * Established over 20 years ago as an Independent City based Executive Search & Selection consultancy * Hands on Managing Partner and Senior Consultant leading from the front with a wealth of experience * Small team that work together on all assignments * Specialising in financial market data/research/analytics and trading technology recruitment * We recruit for, Senior Management, Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, Client Services and Information/Data Consultants. The Role: * Exciting opportunity to work with the Managing Partner and Senior Consultant to learn and contribute to the business * Team-based approach Candidate generation: * Headhunting, networking, placing job adverts on various specialist portals, monitoring response and pre-screening candidates, CV and job board searching Account Management & Business Development duties will include: * Engaging with new clients, creating and chasing leads * Taking ownership of Business Development Database Candidate Selection: * Helping with the lifecycle of candidate selection * Briefing candidates on various roles Administrative duties will include: * CV formatting, updating candidate and client databases, assisting with candidate background screening * Candidate catch up calls, interviewing and record keeping * Organising and coordinating interviews with recruiter where necessary Skills/Experience Required: * Degree educated * Strong communication skills * Ability to communicate with c-level people * Relevant experience in recruitment or similar activity helpful (not essential) * Understanding of what is involved in a full recruitment cycle * Ambitious, motivated, tenacious, inquisitive, hungry to learn, desire to succeed * Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and build a long-term career * First class communication skills * High levels of tenacity, resilience and a drive to succeed * Flexible and a can-do approach * High level of professionalism in oral, written and email communication. * Good level of Microsoft Office suite
