Reference J19972 Recruitment Consultant -Freelance - Fit Out /Interiors desk Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 + 25% - 35% Commission Attractive Benefits - City of London As part of our growth strategy, we at Borne Resourcing are keen to speak to specialist freelance recruitment consultants within the Construction Fit Out sector, who can demonstrate consistent billings over the last 2 years or more. You will be working in a fun and collaborative environment. For suitable candidates the opportunity to progress into a management or BD role will be provided, depending on your own strengths and preferences. We have a large network of clients and strong relationships but you would be expected to demonstrate an ability to cultivate new business relationships and develop the existing ones. All our consultants are given a high-level of autonomy as well as the support to get where they want to be. The opportunity will also be given to influence internal processes, strategies and contribute in the overall growth of the company. We offer: * Competitive Basic salary * An attractive commission - between 25% and 35% * Work from Home Option for long serving employees * Finish at 4.30pm on Friday.
