The role We are looking to recruit a customer service focussed Graduate for a Recruitment Consultant position where the work focusses on building relationships with clients through telephone work. You will be finding candidates to match our current vacancies and arranging interviews and starts for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a fresh or recent university graduate, but you could be an A level qualifies individual who has chose not to go to university. You do not need a specific degree and no previous experience is required. You will need a confident personality and a competitive mindset and you will be looking for a job that gives you the opportunity to progress your career. You will also have an excellent telephone manner.
