The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate consultant to join their team and will be given the opportunity to develop an exciting desk. This role will require a highly driven and professional individual who is happy to balance hitting output KPIs with visiting clients and building rapport to establish and maintain long-term relationships. As a broad division with we require a dynamic consultant with a passion to develop a broad knowledge base in a specialist market. You will be running your own desk with full autonomy to make decisions within your market. This is a full 360 recruitment role where every day is different. Typical clients could include large private surgical hospitals, fertility clinics, GP surgery's, veterinary hospitals and many more. We are a customer focussed recruitment consultancy with the aim of delivering the highest service to our clients and candidates. Operating in a mature yet vibrant environment, we encourage our consultants to treat their desks like their own business and you will be responsible for the direction and growth of your market. We are committed to providing a professional dynamic service in accordance with our core values and will be looking to grow by a further 6-9 consultants by 2021. Requirements We are seeking, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who work well within a team, offer excellent communication skills, are ideally degree educated and have prior recruitment experience.
