We have an immediate opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our rapidly expanding offices in Mumbles Swansea. Suitable candidates will have either Recruitment experience, Sales experience or belief they can sell, accompanied ideally with a degree or similar in a discipline related to Engineering Science, Geography or business! The key skill we look for is a confident, professional phone manner with a genuine desire to get on in life, earn some money and climb the career ladder. Recruitment still offers very fast advancements by way of career and earnings if you find that the industry suits you. Candidates need to be determined, resilient and possessing a strong sense of humour in order to cope with the ups and downs of the employment industry. In the role you will be trained to become a 360 degree recruitment consultant. You will be taught how to develop your own business, how to write adverts, how to talk to candidates and clients and how to put it all together to find candidates jobs and clients new staff.
