You'll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. The role requires you to be tenacious, confident and resilient on a daily basis. We want to empower new people and help push them forward in not only their working career but also help them achieve personal goals that success in recruitment can offer. Its a job where the more you put in, the more you will get out. After the intial training period, good Recruitment Consultants will possess sound judgement and 1st class communication skills. Responsibilities Find candidates and foster long-term relationships Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising & networking) Evaluate CVs and applications Source new candidates using databases, social media etc. Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening Match the most suitable candidates to different positions throughout the UK Create relationships with job seekers and provide valuable professional recruitment advice Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employerRequirements Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques Sales/Customer service skills Outstanding communication ability and telephone manner Confident and pleasant personality Well-organized Ability to work with targets Trustworthy and reliable Background in customer services, retail, sales, marketing or other fieldThe job is Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm (occasional extra hours can be required).
