Job Description

The role

To win new business with new clients, develop and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring delivery of Effective Recruitment.

  • New business development, ensuring annual sales of £150,000+
  • Building relationships with existing BeecherMadden clients, to win additional work
  • Manage the recruitment process, through to acceptance of a candidate offer
  • Identifying senior candidates
  • Acquire industry knowledge, to be seen as an expert in your area of specialism and utilise relevant knowledge to develop new opportunities
  • Work closely with the delivery team, to ensure delivery and the development of recruitment delivery consultants
  • Work in line with the BeecherMadden values


Experience and skills required

  • Recruitment experience or sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Understanding of the recruitment process, with a desire to focus on business development
  • IT competent
  • Degree educated desirable
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Sales skills, with an ability to hit targets
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Driven by personal and team success
  • Desire to progress and be a part of a growing, successful business
