Job Description

Recruitment Consultant needed for an established Health & Social Care recruitment agency in Gillingham SCP Recruitment is a well established provider of specialist staff to the Health & Social Care Industry in Kent. We currnetly need a motivated and driven sales professional to join our succesful team in Gillingham. The succesful candidate will work on our temporary business, filling roles both short and long term. Whilst there is existing business available to get your started we do need someone who is going to develop our client base through both warm and cold sales leads. We offer an excellent commisison scheme where you will be earning money from your very first booking. You will also be working amongst some of the best performers in the compnay so plenty of experience will be on hand to support and advise you. The role will invovle: * Making pre-determined calls to targeted clients and gathering information on their business needs * Arranging face to face meetings with clients to introduce our service and discover their requirements in detail * Providing proposed solutions to clients * Agreeing fees and payment terms with clients * Managing advertisements on a number of job boards * Matching talent to the requirements of the post * Screening applicants and presenting suitable to hiring managers * Use a number of tools to attract candidates to the compnay and available posts * Monitor performance of existing staff through regular calls and visits * Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements before commencing work * Participate in the out of hours rota. The candidate will need to: * ? Be Self-motivated, responsible and able to act on your initiative * Have good administration skills * ? Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills * ? Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * ? Be prepared to undertake other training that would benefit you in the role * Due to the nature of the role a car driver would be preffered for this role.
