Shift Booking Consultant - Wolverhampton City Centre Basic £17,000 - £20,000 - OTE £25k Acton Banks Healthcare is a specialist Nursing recruitment agency based in Wolverhampton City Centre. We supply Healthcare Assistants & Nurses to NHS Hospitals and Nursing Homes across the West Midlands and Surrounding areas. We are recruiting additional staff to our shift booking team who book the Nurses and Band 2 staff into Nursing Homes & Hospitals. Core duties and responsibilities will include : Obtaining availability from Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for coming weeks Book staff into ongoing and ad hoc assignments Dealing with NHS Bank Offices across the UK to book Nurses & Healthcare Assistants Liaising with a variety of clients and candidates to understand the match they require for their recruitment needs Regeneration of candidates that have previously registered Achievement of weekly targets Management of candidates and clients to ensure regular contact is maintained Deliver a service in line with company policy that is acknowledged by customers as being the best You will need to have previous sales/customer relations experience and a good attention to detail.
