Job: Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare Salary: DOE Location: Glasgow Due to continued success Prohealth are looking to add to our rapidly growing team and we are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in the Health & Social Care sector. We would be very interested in hearing from Glasgow-based candidates with a background in recruitment to join a high performing team focusing on professional services recruitment. We have active vacancies that you will inherit from day one, therefore there is a real possibility of billing in your first month. Ideally you will have previous experience within the social care sector placing candidates such as Healthcare Assistants, Nurses and Managers. We would also consider a strong temps Consultant who can demonstrate a proven track record of success. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant to come on board to develop the market in a growing sector. This is also a full 360 recruiter role. You will be a dynamic, passionate and target driven individual who enjoys a busy and ever changing role. The role requires you to be confident in making sales calls, working to targets and identifying new areas for business growth. Your duties will include – • Placing job ads • Sourcing and interviewing candidates • Matching candidates to job vacancies • Attending client meetings • Building client relationships and managing clients • Working to targets and achieving KPI’s You will have – • Have at least 1 years’ experience working within a busy recruitment environment within the Health & Social Care sector. • Experience of delivering financial success and meeting targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels • The ability to work with autonomy
